solstice greens, here's to summer

Jun. 19, 2025 — Juneteenth before the solstice with hot thick air. We had lunch at the deli with pickles and coleslaw. In the afternoon, the sun burned through and the dog stretched out warm on the grass. We’re holding on to some small, fine moments. Summer begins. — Amy Jean
