We all need this back in our lives - thank you, Amy! Love the fox ,amazing! And the exhibition - congratulations! - I have always loved your drawings of trees and sky and light and a room full of them sounds transcendent. <3

From Katrina (thank you for this vision!): We (my almost 3 year old and I) had a fun time watching a possum in the playground of the children's museum. It's located straight in the center of downtown so not very animal friendly but we suspect he probably lives somewhere on that playground in the landscaping or underneath the pioneer cabin exhibit, and now that the dark comes earlier there were no children out but us.

There is a hooty owl at my new house who talks to me in the dark, although I've never seen him. And today, here where I've gotten away from work to sink into a creative project, a blue heron gracefully stalking the shore of this little lake that is also full of ducks.

I've seen a lot of hawks lately! Also an owl on evening. And a pair of foxes early in the morning!

Pair of foxes - divine! I have not seen any owls in a long time. I need to be out more in the evening I think! The hawks are totally bonkers, everywhere. Lots of eagles, too. They are everywhere around water - I saw one from the train yesterday.
